Ok, so I have had this stroker in for over a year and barely have three thousand miles on it. Its a pretty average build:
Comp 68-235-4 cam
53032704AB injectors
9:1 Compression
Harland Sharp roller Rockers
I'll update this more at a later time.

So I just changed my oil and had it analyzed. Any input?

Thats scary stuff. Iron I'm not that concerned about. Aluminum, tin, lead and copper usually only comes from one place on the 4.0L. Bearings. Maybe some trace amount in the oil itself, but not that high. I would consider dropping the pan and having a look at the bearings.
For comparison here is a sample from mine with the mostly stock 4.0L and a coolant leak from the 0331 head in the past:

Did you change the oil anytime prior, like after the camshaft break in or after 500 miles?

I did change the oil after break in and at 500 miles, this is my first after that. I also added ZDDPlus with the 10w140.

I will have to check on the "after 500 miles" it might have been sooner...

No need to check. Most of the breaking metals should have been out already.
