I am in the process of swapping the newer style intake onto my '98. I was wondering if anyone could give me some help on which ports to run the vacuum lines to. Is there a preferred position for the idle air temp sensor?

As far as the vacuum lines go, what ever fits where. Its all the same vacuum.

The Intake Air Temp sensor goes on the forward most top port.

The Intake Air Temp sensor (IAT) is not the same as the Idle Air Controller (IAC)

thanks silver, thought that would be the case on the vac. lines, just wanted to verify that. I asked about the IAT sensor because I have saw a few pics with the sensor mounted on the new style intake in the same relative location to the throttle body as on the old intake.
