serpentine belt routing

4.6 stroker, engine is a 91, head a 91, intake a 2000, alt 1992/3. Have power steering with adjustable idler pulley bracket. Needed to have the newer H2O pump for mounting holes for power steering bracket. Have A/C mounted above alt.
I guess my big question is,
do I go from crank, over adjustable idler pulley to power steering, to the water pump, to idler pulley, to A/C to alt, crank,
OR, crank, adjustable idler pulley, power steering, idler, A/C, alt, crank
thoughts?

Here is the belt routing on mine for reference. Crankshaft -> Adjustable Idler -> Power Steering -> Water Pump -> A/C -> Alternator -> Fan(Idler)

I have my belt routed like Alexia's so it's:
crank, adjustable idler pulley, power steering, water pump, A/C, alt, crank
The flat part of the belt is in contact with the water pump and idler pulley, while the grooved part of the belt is in contact with the rest.

Thanks guys, I was looking at a few routing pictures and saw different ways to the water pump, which was my concern. I have a small pulley inplace of the fan, going electrical, actually Taurus fan mod.
another question, just makeing sure. Since I had the 258 (4.2) mated to the my T176 and will be using my T176, no special bushing correct. (this crank has been in the Jeep for the past 12 years)

been doing that in my head for a few things as I get closer to reinstall back in the 83 Chero.
thanks again.

I have completely deleted the pulley for the mech fan as I also am using a Taurus.
Mine is exactly like the above minus the fan pulley. Instead it goes from the Alternator to the crank then up to the idler and PS pump pulley. I have about a 90 degree wrap on the alt without issues. I also have a non adjustable idler between the Water Pump and the AC Compressor.
I can take a pic or draw it up in paint if that helps.

I think if I go the route in these pitures, I will have about 60-75% on the powersteering, about 45-55% on the water pump, just about 80-90% on the a/c, about 35-40% on the alt and about 35-40% on the crank. Will that be ok? and these numbers are just ball park with my "calibrated eye" nothing real exact.
Of course, I need to get the serp pulley for the York compressor first to get everything exact. Going to a big rig web site for that.

Here is my quick paint diagram:
This is in a 90 RENIX, using a 99+ Intake and PS Pump bracket. Additionally, the Mechanical Fan pulley \ assembly has been deleted. Routing may be different if not using that combo.

exactly, my alt will be a little higher and I have a pully between it and the crank to give the crank a little more of the belt.
Thanks Gentlemen!
