Valve Spring Question

I am currently rebuilding the engine to go into my Cherokee, not doing a stroker but I understand the experts are on this board. I've run into a bit of a dilemma, using the block and head from a '93 XJ but swapping it into my '99 XJ.

I used a '99 rebuild kit so the block has '99 pistons, cam, oil pump etc.
After sending my head to the machinist I found out that valve springs differ between years, which I didn't know before.

Basically my question is will the '93 springs and '99 stock style cam work together or will I need to pull the springs off the '99 to use?

The springs don't differ that much so the 93s will be fine. I believe at some point they went with a beehive style spring. What cam are you using as that can change your spring selection?

The cam is just a stock replacement for the 99 cam.
