problem after problems

so. i have a 4.6 stroker
here is what happened.
about a month ago i got my jeep up and running again (it sat for 4 years) had issues with aftermarket cam and timing, finally figured it out and had her running great.
in the process of figuring out what was wrong i replaced.
crank position sensor
fuel pump
fuel filter
fuel pressure regulator
all injectors are new Bosch mustang injectors
i was driving her. and the track bar had somehow came loose. i had an awful death wobble, i pulled over into a nearby parking lot with a misfiring engine and checked out what happened. nothing in the engine compartment looked out of the norm. got back in started her up. check engine light was on #12 #27 and #55, i tightened up the track bar with tools i had with me. and started getting home. she is misfiring at low speeds and high, got about a mile to the gas station. turned off the car. and started checking any wires for burns. the o2 sensor wire had wriggled its way close to the header. but only the wrap surrounding the wire was melted not the wires inside it. i moved it away from the header with a ziptie. started her up. everything was normal. no check engine light. no misfire nothing. so off i went home. i stopped again about halfway home (10mile drive) turned her off, then back on. all problems back. misfire and check engine light. got her home called it a night.
heres my thinking.
o2 sensor may need a new wire just in case.
#27 cel means fuel injection system. so i bought a noid light. all wires are working fine. does this mean bad injector ? how can i tell which is bad is there a way ?
#12 is troubling because why would the battery be disconnected ?
ive been tinkering for 2 weeks with no luck. checked timing to make sure it was correct. it smells like gas if i hit the throttle at all. cel is gone. but problem still exists.
im trying to think what could be wrong. the whole engine shook pretty violently when the death wobble happened.
