Ran 7.6, keep in mind the timer stops when you hit the white boxes.

Re: how fast is your 6
Finally got the stroker to the track I got a 15.3 all engine I think there is something wrong with the trans, it's slipping a little. Then I got a 14.1 spraying it but I was spinning for the first 100 feet then we got rained out

Re: how fast is your 6
Nice, just found this thread!
1/8 mile: Best of 9.80 @75mph, couple 9.90's.
Setup at the time: '92 XJ, 4.7 long-rod stroker, 9.5:1 comp, Crane 260/272, Ported head w/ 2.02 1.60's, roller rockers, Borla header, 62mm TB, AX-15, D35 rear w/ 3.07 open-diff, 3.5" RE lift w/ 31" BFG Muds. The rear suspension used the add-a-leaf for the lift and Did Not handle axle-rap well. It crow-hopped terrible and the holeshot suffered for fear of tossing the drive shaft. Definitely pulled nice on top tho! This was in '04 after I had first built & broke-in the engine. I'm very anxious to get to the 1/4 mile track that's near me now and get some real numbers in the spring. My setup has changed a lot since those 1/8 mile runs and I think I can post better numbers. One of these days I'll dyno it again, get the A/F ratio dialed better and post up the curves to compare the old and new setups. Cheers-
