I want build a supercharged stroker but have heard some negative things about that setup. It would be in an all purpose jeep, DD/rockcrawler/desert. Can strokers be built for dependability? And would it be safe to run up to 17-18 psi with forged internals? I would mostly be running 6-8 psi but would like to adjust higher in different situations

After more research, I will probably ditch the supercharger.
What are people's opinions on Cleggs Engine Stroker kits, heads and cams?

What year? What supporting parts? Carb or EFI? intake manifold- pre'99 or post '99 or aftermarket?
How do you plan to fuel/control it- stock ecu, megasquirt, map adjuster, larger injectors?

Those are some things I need more knowledge on.
I have a '99 EFI. I am wanting to build with the Clegg Stage 3 stoker kit, cams and head. Use bigger fuel injectors but do not know the correct flow rate. I have a local shop that tunes with AEM and thought I would use them to help with my ECU.
