http://www.rockcrawler.com/techreports/ ... /index.asp Has anyone read this build and my questions are.

Did he use or can i use the 4.0 pistons?
When he says he bored the block over .30 what does he mean? Like, bore the cylinders over by .30?
Also can i use the 4.0l fuel injectors?
what machining do i need to have done?
And how much should i shim the rocker bridges by?

Also I have a 1993 yj with the 4.0l

Take a look at my "recipes' (link in my sig.), see which one most closely fits your needs/budget, and then you can start putting together a parts list.
Are you planning to have your existing engine rebuilt into a stroker, or perhaps considering buying a junkyard longblock and building that up instead? The latter might be the more attractive option if you want to minimize downtime and once you have the newly-built stroker engine in your Jeep and running properly, you could sell your old engine on to recoup some of the cost.
Since your Jeep is a '93 with an OBD1 engine management system, you'll need a set of Ford 24lb injectors (blue top) +/- a MAP adjuster or adjustable fuel pressure regulator to provide the additional fuel needed by the stroker.
