Yes but will need a Crankshaft position sensor location to be machined, or relocate the sensor to the front of the engine.

Don''t forget the TH400 is very power hungry. What you gain in durability may be at the expense of drivability.

AMC Turbo 400? Didn't know there was such a thing.

I have one of the TF 904's with Chevy bellhousing...

The only Turbo 400's that I've ever paid attention to in the AMC/Jeep world are fitted to the AMC V8's with an adapter plate and crankshaft extension hub, the bellhousings are for the OLD! Buick (PRE "BOP") pattern as far as I'm aware??

IIRC, the turbo 400s had housings made with teh AMC bell housing pattern in the later years of use. Hence, their scarcity.
