Cam Thrust Plate- What years?

What model years did jeep use the Cam Thrust Plate instead of the spring/plate setup?
Where do you get a cam blank for use with the cam thrust plate? Melling? Any contact info?

'99/'00 - '06, depends on application, Melling list new cams for those engines, and YoRielys list them as available.

Lol. You need to find a cam grinder that can get a blank. You can't just call up the cam blank manufacturer and get them to sell you one. Melling doesn't sell blanks nor do they make the cam they offer.

Where did you get your blank? And who did you use as the cam grinder?
