Runs great, more power but, reduced gas mileage

I now have 5k miles on my new stroker, everthing is running well. I am now running Valvoline Full Syn of OEM recommended viscosity. My fuel mileage has dropped to 14-15 MPG... tipified of highway driving at 70 MPH. I drive ~80 miles roundtrip daily... the weekly fuel expense is eating my lunch  .

Anyway, the new power allows my Jeep to exceed 100 MPH. Which is awesome. I may have to go up in tire size (currently 35") or change my gearing to a higher 3.73:1 from my current 4:56:1.

Thoughts... am I on the right track or is there "tweeks" to the timing or other that can be done to a 2000 TJ to improve this to 17-18... maybe 20 MPG?

i personally wouldn't go any lower then 4.10's having said that you're probably driving it like a hot rod so of course your going to get worse mileage if your always downshifting.
