Grand Cherokee ECM

Does anyone know if an ECM/ECU from a '94 Grand Cherokee is usable in a 2.5L to 4.5L stroker swap in a '94 YJ. I plan on getting the 4.0 under hood wiring harness for the YJ, I just wanted to know if this would be plug and play or would it require a bunch of electrical mods. I came across it last night at the end of the auction and had no time to research before bidding. I got it for $15 so no big deal if it does work. By the way the # on the ECM is 56027 352. Thanks for any help you guys can give me.
