engine bearings?

so i've decided to just build my whole engine now. So what cam, main/rod bearings you guys are running in your engines? What brands to stay away from? And what piston rings, im going to run UEM-IC944-030, and on a side note whats the difference between 944 and 945 pistons im not seeing any? thanks guys

Hastings rings, Clevite mains and rods, Perfect circle cam bearings. I've tried King, which is said to be a good bearing, but the set I had had thickness issues. Could have just been my set though. The difference between the 944 and 945 is the dish volume. The 945 will create higher compression due to its lower dish volume.

The IC944's have a 21.0cc dish while the IC945's have a dish of just 10.8cc. In a 4.6L stroker the IC945's will produce a 1.1:1 higher CR than the IC944's all else being equal.
