4.6L oil pan question.

Will This Work On My 2002 Block? Its On Ebay.

Its a 4.2L oil pan, so it may work. I think there is some information on here about using a 4.2L oik pan. I believe the spectra part number is CRP11A.

I have read where it will clear the oil pump but I havent seen anything about the girdle.
