I have a 4.7 stroker for my Comanche, '96 block and head, '99 intake and throttle body, Ford 24lb injectors, renix wiring and computer.

What do I need to keep track of the engine?

Adjustable MAP?
Wideband air fuel ratio gauge?

Let me know what I need and why if some of you guru's can chime in.

Thanks!!

To truly see whats going on with the engine you need a Wideband 02 Sensor.

As far as tuning, you can only use a Adjustable MAP and Adjustable FPR on the RENIX, so as long as you have the right size injectors you should have no problem tuning.

I have a RENIX with a 4.7 and i started with 26# injectors. They were way to large. I dropped down to 23# and they are still a bit large. Ive thought about dropping down to 21#.

Every engine is different, so you will need that Wideband to figure out what needs to be done with yours.
