What would be the negative if any of having the unused water holes on the 4.0 head filled with aluminum? I have a welder that says it will bond just fine, but my dad says he does not think it will handle the heat. What do you guys think and also what have you done yourselfs. thanks

It might work. Head won't be an issue for the aluminum. People have used JB weld in the past. If the welder can get the aluminum to bond and seal it should work. Don't know if that is possible though.
