Im about to begin building my stroker to go in my 1999 Grand and after some reading I havent found anything that has adressed whether or not you can use a 7120 0r 0630 head on a 53010327 block. I know that the 0630 will bolt on fine because both it and the 0331 head have reliefs for the block pins. But all the blocks that came with the 0630 head had bosses for the coil packs on the block while the 0331 head has the bosses on the head. So, if im using a block that doesnt have the bosses for the coil packs, can the 0630 head without the mounting bosses be used? and if so, where would the coil packs mount?

I don't know about the head locating pin issue, but the coil problem has already been solved before. Here's a link on how SilverXJ remote mounted his coil pack using a Viper coil.

If you don't want to go as far as I did you can mount the coil rail to the valve cover bolts with the stud head. I used a 1.8" piece of aluminum bent to fit. Worked fine until I decided I had enough of the coil rail.

Besides that issue you have to consider exhaust manifold issue. The stock manifold doesn't fit the head ports that well. I have heard that it can be ran that way, but I don't think its a good idea because the manifold will block some of the port, blocking the exhaust. You may be able to use an aftermarket header for your vehicle as I have heard (but not confirmed myself) that the header has larger ports to fit on the 0630 head. Also, I believe your WJ has an idler pulley mounted to the 0331 head. I don't think that the 0630 has a hole for this, but it will be simple to do.
