Tj 4.6 stroker (am I missing anything?)

I'm stroking my 97 tj out to a 4.6 and this is what I'm thinking:
Let me know if I am missing something or you recommend something different.
A question I've not been able to answer yet is:
what's the best air intake to run? (aem brute force, stock oem setup, or other)
Stroker kit:
Silvolite cast pistons #2229c-030 dished to 30cc
Perfect circle moly rings #40514cp
Clevite rod bearings #cb960p
Durabond camshaft bearings #n7
Felpro headgasket set #hs7076pt3
Felpro conversion gasket set #cs8169-3
Cloyes double roller timing set #9-3127
Melling oil pump (non hv)
Crane camshaft #750501
Epwi lifters #ha2011
Melling brass freeze plugs #mpe256br
Arp rod bolts kit #112-6001
258 reconditioned connecting rods with Arp bolts
Scat new stroker crankshaft 2" snout
Mopar performance head gasket .043 #p4529242
Stock injectors
62mm throttle body #BBK-1724
Aem brute force intake?
Banks header? Coating?
Machine work:
Bore .030 over
Ported HO 1.91"/1.50" cylinder head
Block deck milled to 0.035
Approx. 8.8:1 compression
0.058" quench
231hp@4400rpm/327 lb.ft.@2000rpm
