Megasquirt

I have been laid up for a while due to a medical condition so my stroker project has been on hold.
I can't stand just sitting around doing very little.
So........ I'm doing another phase of the engine project that I was going to do if I was able to get the stroker running well with the existing electronics.
I'm putting together a Megasquirt to control fuel and timing and trying to learn as much as possible about both and the control of both.
So far ( 2 stims <engine simulators>, and about half way through the megasquirt physical build) I'm impressed with the kits.

That is all.
Tnx.

Let us know how it works out. Are you using stock Jeep sensors?

I'm planning on trying to use stock sensors at this point but with a narrowband lc-1 unit instead of wideband.
My plan is to get the engine running with the renix ECU and all stock sensors to start that way I'm not changing too many things at once.
This should make any trouble shooting a bit easier.
I might resurect an old thread where people were just about to go forward with "squirting" their strokers.
Maybe we could compare programs and files?
I just can't do any physical work at this point so I champing at the bit to do something!
I'm going to be installing the stroker in my old 88 Cherokee (I'm the original owner), maybe, just maybe I'll see if it'l still smog.
Otherwise it will be going in a later project.
