SCAT cranks are $399 and HESCO will sell you the same crank for $499. :bs:

Best of luck in your search.
I have a 4.6L STOKER in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler with 4.5" lift on 35" BFG MT and 4.56:1 gears.

Well the son has the whole mess down at the machine shop.

The whole 78 258 I bought for $75 was rebuilt not long ago, its got 0.030" over pistons and a non-stock cam. The Head has some porting work done.

BUT that doent matter that the 258 was rebuilt, since the pistons are NOT the same. cam may be useable. and the head will not be used if you are planning a fuel injected stroker.

True. But there are still some out there that want a 4.2/258 and my son may sell it all off. Or do a 4.0L crank and long rod to make a 238 Destroker.
