Good cam for stock valves/springs

I know these cam questions are like a dead horse.....
I'm building the Dino 4.6 budget stroker and it's cam time. 7120 head stock other than a fresh rebuild and a 3 pt valve job. I don't need it to be a screamer but I do want the best that I can get for it's build. It's bored 20 over and has the usual 12 wt crank/677 sealed power pistons/258 rods. It will be a daily driver and a weekend rockcrawler and I expect longevity. I was leaning towards a Crane CRN-753905... Any inputs?

You are going to be limited by spring bind. If I am can remember correctly, the stock valve springs bind at .450 lift. Have your machinist check your spring bind.

The stock valve springs are rated to to 0.430" of valve lift so choose your cam accordingly from my spreadsheet:

I'll be going with the Mopar P4529228AB Cam since it's right on the .430 mark for valve lift. Should go great with stock springs yet give me a little more performance with my mildly built stroker. I came into the stroker build with high hp/tq pipe dreams and after numerous reads, I more and more find myself deciding to play it safe and mellow with a super fresh rebuild and mild tweaks. To many people are blowing cams and bearings and having issues. I wanna do this once and be done. I remember my jeep new was plenty fast and that only years of play/abuse has caused her to poop out a bit.

Yeah I once dreamed about having a 13 sec Jeep without a power adder but after I bought a '95 Mustang GT (automatic

) 4-1/2 years ago, I turned that into a 13 sec car instead. The Jeep has stayed more or less unchanged since then apart from the '01 intake manifold swap. With its relatively light weight and agile handling, it's plenty quick enough even with "only" ~200rwhp and more fun to drive than the dyno numbers would suggest. I have the speeding fines to prove it.
