Jeep Strokers

Ok I have tried to find this on a few other sites but found nothing. I got this jeep with all the hoses off and the overflow tank removed. This is a 90 Cherokee. I think I have it plumbed right but it does not seem to flow right. And it overheats at idle.

Anyone have a picture of what hose goes where.

Are you talking about for the heater hoses?? The rest should be straight foward.

Try This:

You might have the hose's for the heater control valve flowing in the wrong direction, I have a 91 Cherokee and I cross the heater hose direction causing my engine to over heat at idle Also my heater wasn't heating properly:doh: had to take a second look to get it right, I think the 90 Cherokee just has two outlets my 91 has 4 plus a vacuum line ( for the valve of course) .

PS: oh yeah As a reminder make sure to check the "Heater control valve" for cracks I had purchase one a while back taught I had put the hose on wrong again, turn out the "Heater valve" had a crack in the middle of the seam! ... plastic crap I miss the days when parts where made form metal.

just get rid of the valve. mine dont have it.
