87-90 Renix head cc volume???

Anyone know CC volume of an 87-90 Renix head casting 2686??? I'm debating building a stroker with my 4.2 crank and rods... but I can't seem to find the CC volume on the Renix head.... the volume of the 7120 casting. Is everywhere... some body help me out here.... I think that even though the renix head flows less topend than the. 7120, I wanna see if it helps build the low end torque similar to the 4.2. I'm going to be running an 87 carbed 4.2 intake with a MC 2100 1.21 venturi Carb. I wanna keep my rig carburated for simplicity reasons. Also is there a particular cam that will best suit a carbed stroker?
