WJ 2000sands 4.6 stroker
Yep, here we go my 4.2 crank & rods, my machinist has allready pulled from a block he had in the back
yard and I allready ported the head and gave it back to him, he said the 4.2 look good but he had to
wack 3/8'' off the nose, I'll get some pics for the head leater I for got about the 0331 head thread

Re: WJ 2000sands 4.6 stroker
So I'm about ready to install my new 4.6 motor, I have the RE42 automatic trans, so I'm looking at my flex plate
and it has the crank shaft position sencer timing holes on the flex plate. My Question is how do I reline this plate
on my new 4.2 crankshaft so my ECM will read it properly, I mean is there an order for it ? like does it start on
# one pistion ??

The bolts only line up 1 way so you CAN'T get it wrong.just put the flexplate on before the washer/ spacer and you're set.

258 crank with 12 counterweights
707 rods
Silvolite Hypereutectic pistons dished 23cc, 20 over
0331 head, relief and match ported intakes, polished exhausts
Dodge/Mopar 280155784 EV6 connector) 26pounds @ 49 psi
00 Jeep intake port matched
deck 20
Victor MLS 39
57cc cylinder head volume
Qunech 44
Stock oil pump
Victor reinz gastet set
Comp 9.27 ?
Well the engine is going in, and I'm pretty impressed, I dont know what my HP numbers or my estimated
torque numbers are, maybe some here can can give the exact numbers.

Which hyper pistons did you go with that allowed a 23cc dish???
If it feels right, then STROKE it!
You're lucky that hundred shot of CAPS LOCK didn't blow the welds on the forum!!

It looks like the "D" dish was opened up to a circular dish?, not something I would have done, it opened the quench back up!

I don't dought that the quench is .044" at the ring land, but under the quench pad in the cylinder head it's .044"+ what ever the dish is, generally anything between .045" and .180"+ is undesirable, it wouldn't surprise me at all if that engine suffers from detonation even with the lowered compression ratio.
