After reading the FAQ on roller rockers. which I interprited as dont bother unless you are building a engine that will be worked over 5000rpm (Mine will not) was wondering if there was a rule of thub when deciding the max cam lift when using the mopar performance springs and stock rockers.

If you are using the p5249464 springs then I suppose you can use a cam with a .525" max lift. I have not heard of rockers having a limit, but don't doubt there is one before the angle of the rocker puts a side load on the pushrod or the pushrod doesn't seat correctly in the rocker cup.

You have to check for clearance at the rocker fulcrum/pedestal. It can bind there over a certain amount of lift.
