New shocks

I am hoping someone can help me. i looking for new shock for my cherokee, it has 3.5" lift up front and 4.5" in the rear. i found a set on ebay, same seller has a set for 2-4" of lift or a set for 4-6" of lift for the same price. so my question is what set should i get? thanks for the help

grab a tape and measure you existing shock length as it installed at ride height. then measure between your axle and bump stops. Subtract the bumpstop distance from ride height shock distance. Your new shocks should be no longer than that dimension or your shock will become your bump stops. Most shock manufactures can provide extended and collapsed length of their shocks. pick the longest shock that is just a little shorter than the previous measured collapsed dimension.
