what spark plugs for a 4.5?

im have a stalling and backfiring issue on my new 4.5..im thinking my problem might be my spark plugs..i have plugs from my stock 4.0 so maybe i need cooler plugs? any ideas what plugs should i run?

It is your timing ... not spark plugs. Spark plugs may cause pinging but not stalling/backfiring. Recheck your timing!!
