my recipe is below. It hasnt thrown any codes and seems to be running great. below is some pics of the process and some videos of is running (sound isn't that good cause its from my phone)

92 block bored 30 over deck height .010
258 crank
258 rods
sealed power 30 over stock 4.0 pistons
mopar 29ab? don't have the number handy but its the one with 248 duration
stock 92 head reconditioned with stock size valves, cleaned up the bowl and gasket matched the exhaust/intake ports
rugged ridge header w/high flow cat and flow master muffler
99+ intake w/KN filter
stock ECU
.048 head gasket
Hesco 24# injectors
eliminated the clutch fan and replaced it with a derale 2200 cfm electric fan controlled by a additional temp sensor that i added

when I ran it on the calculator I came up with SCR of 10.23:1 and DCR of 8.94:1 with a Quench of .058

sounds great , just curious as to what grade fuel you are running? I have my stroker at the the engine builder/uncles place waiting for him to get time to get it assembled. I am on paper at 9.2 scr , .053 quench and i believe around 7.9 dcr. How are the 24# injectors working for you? does it seem like it is on the rich side? Btw I have a 1998 with the obd11 ,what year are you using?

Lookd good. But I don't think there is a .048" head gasket. .043 or .051"

I am running 92/93 octane fuel, might try the next step down in the future but it doesn't really bother me. The injectors seem to be right on the nuts so far.
