Does anyone know of a company that makes a aftermarket deep sump oil pan for the 4.0L block.

No. You'll need to modify your existing oil pan if you want to increase the sump volume, but the starter on one side and the header collector on the other won't leave you much clearance to play with.

What do you have in mind that'll need more than six quarts?

Running an external oil cooler would give you a bit more also, albeit only a little.

I looked at running the sump from the 258 thinking it was bigger but it's a smaller capacity than the standard 242. Spew.

Run a dual remote filter setup with FL-1a filters there's about 2 quarts extra right there depending on the amount of oil line you have to run.

Cheaper and easier than an oil pan, and you can tuck it up out of the way of rocks/road debris etc.
Plus the added bonus of being able to place it where you won't get a face full of oil when you change the filters.
