Start Up fuel Question

Planning on finishing up and installing my 4.5 +.020 over bore stroker in a 2000 xj on the next few weeks.
Quick run down of specs are:
Comp Cams CL68-232-4
Mopar Perf. valve springs, retainers, locks, head gasket.
93 Block and head.
late style intake, banks torque tube header.
4.0 rods and KB944 pistons.

I have a APEXi SAFC 2 and will most likely run ford mustang injectors. My question is when I start it, will I be ok to start and run break in(20 minutes at 2K RPM + first 30 minutes + first 300 miles) on the stock injectors, computer and tune? Or should I go ahead and buy the larger injectors and let it run rich until I get an A/F meter on it and tune it?

Thanks in advance.

Chris

EDIT:I guess I am trying to ask which is more of a problem here, detonation and the problems from running lean or cylinder wash and the problems from running rich.

Cam break in will be no problem. I would be cautions for the road time though as it will be running lean after about 3000 RPM with the stock injectors.

I also run the SAFC II

Its simple and easy to use and works well for AFRs. It doesn't have all the data points, timing nor some features that others have though.

It modifies the map signal to the PCM I see no reason why it wouldn't
