Issues with new crate stroker

Just finished getting it in tonight.
Have ford mustang injectors from ebay, and it's a titan engine 4.6/7 stroker.
She is hard to start, but does start, idles great. Nice and smooth.
BUT once I go to rev it to 2k to do the initial break in for 20 minutes they recommend, she gets real rough. Kind of a misfire and even a bit of a back fire.
I checked the index mark is right at 0 when she is pointing at the #1 plug on the distributor. (Well, had that off by 180 at first, so swapped plug wires 180 degrees. But that shouldn't matter right? I realized that I just set it on 0 and didn't check for TDC so I did that before I even started it. But since the engine was in, I was to lazy to pull distributor back out )
So my thoughts are this:
Possible bad injector? It can keep up at idle, but dies from fuel at RPM.
Bad plug wires? Works at low speed RPM makes it vibrate and misfire?
Bad sensor somewhere? Replaced CPS with a new one, but I guess the new one could be bad?
Bad ignition coil? Fine at idle, but dies when a load hits?
Bad fuel pump? Can't keep up with the new injectors?
I don't want to run it for the full 20 minutes this rough, as I'm nervous something is really wrong, and I'd rather not blow up my new engine.
Thanks for any help
