How far down have you guys cut your spring pockets?

I'm either going to use a 7120 casting or the 0630 and if my math is correct and after searching the board in order to use the LS1 valve/spring/retainer/lock combination I need the pocket cut .150.

I've taken .080 plus off of the 0331 head without a worry. There's plenty of meat there.
