PCV sucking oil

Has anyone had any problems with the PCV valve, or should I say metered orifice, sucking oil. I am having a problem with oil getting into the baffle and the pcv sucking it into the intake.I am on my second valve cover(just installed an aluminum one). The first one was a steel cover. I cut the long baffle out to clear the roller rockers, and I made new baffles and welded them in. My home made baffle wasn't working, so I installed an aluminum cover. I am still getting oil in the baffles. Not as much as before, but oil is still there. :brickwall:

I've had all 5 of my jeeps suck oil from the"clean air" tube (front of valve cover) into the air box. But then I tend to run the rpm's up a bit (drag racing and such) To stop it I put an aftermarket breather on the valvecover and plugged the hole in the filter box. As long as you don't have a lot of blow by you'll be fine. If you're using a early vc you need a different grommet and may need to enlarge the hole a bit,but 94 & 95( not sure what other years are same ) grommets will take a breather.
