air/fuel ratio adjustment

i was wondering is there a device i can buy where i would be able to adjust the air fuel ratio from the driver seat of my car?

Apexi, PSC1, FTC1, SMT. Search on here for those terms. The Apexi is the only one I know of that you don't need a notebook pc for.

I have a TurboXs DTEC. It uses a Gameboy Advance to modify fuel +\- ~50% by modding the MAP readings. Its worked well for me, but i didnt need drastic fuel modification.

I'm curious about this Gameboy mod, how do you make one?
