I have one but I never bothered to install it. Not sure there's any real benefit.

I had thought about doing that, but being that the cam is primarily lubed (in my case was) by the crank throwing oil around I didn't go with one. However, the company that Dino lists will make you one for like $70.

In a daily driven vehicle I don't think it would do much. But in a track vehicle every little bit helps.

IMO reducing windage is never a bad idea, however I doubt you will see increased power.
