computers

hey guys i want to turn my jeep into a stroker. i have a 2000 wrangler 4.0 and i have a 4.0 out of a 97 laying around and i was going to use that as my stroker. my question is will the computer match up fine? will i have to do any upgrades to it for the bigger displacement? thanks guys
