There is no hole on the face, and no apparent groove down the side, so I will call Crower to see what the real deal is with them.

Did you find any thing more on this.
I thought that there was supposed to be a small hole drilled in the face too

I called them last Friday. There is no hole drilled on the face, just the one on the side which you can see in the picture. Its not a groove down the side, just a very fine flat spot that you can see from the side but not really from the bottom. My camera wont pick it up it will just look like a flash reflection. I asked if that would make a difference and the guy said yes it will be enough to flow more oil. I dont have any way of testing that, other than having my cam not die on me.
On a separate note, I shipped the Isky cam back on Thursday. Should be expecting the new one sometime in the end of March or beginning of April.
Also Jeep Connection contacted me letting me know the 4.0 pushrods were on back order. Anyone know where I can get some for a reasonable price? Also, how much do custom length pushrods usually go for? If I went that way I would be able to zero my deck for better quench and to raise the CR a little.

Rebuild kit from Falcon arrived today. Included:
Victor Reinz Upper and Lower gasket sets
Clevite cam bearings
Cloyes Timing set (single roller)
Melling Oil Pump (standard flow)
Perfect Circle Ring Set
Pioneer Brass freeze plugs
Main Bearings were ordered but did not come with package. I think this is because they had to be shipped overseas. Pictures tomorrow, its late.

Picture time! All the below parts except the valve springs I ordered from Falcon Global for a total cost of $352.37 shipped. I had to pay sales tax cause the warehouse is in Florida. Not pictured are the main bearings which are being drop shipped from Israel; Falcon doesnt stock .040 over main bearings.
Mopar Performance 5.9 springs #5249464 rated to .525" lift, $150.00 from jeepinwi, thanks!
Cloyes stock timing set # C3041 $53.64
Pioneer brass freeze plugs #PE-256-BR $11.50
Melling stock oil pump #M-81A $64.90
Perfect circle moly ring set #40514CP-30 $38.15
Clevite 77 Cam bearings #SH1980S $18.74
Victor Reinz Lower Gasket set #CS5713X $24.94
Victor Reinz Upper Gasket set #HS5713Z $39.62
Ahh, toys...

As an Israeli, this intrests me,
which company makes main bearings in Israel?
and why have you decided on purchasing our goods ?

Lol, i didnt set out saying, "I want to help the Israeli economy." The crankshaft I got from OReillys was ground .040 over on the main journals, and I couldnt use the ones that came with it because they were for a 4.2 block. The rebuild kit supplier I ordered from couldnt locate any other manufacturer of .040 than King bearings, which I was told will be shipped from Irsael.

Slight roadblock: The company I work for will be ceasing operations as of Monday March 31. I have one and a half paychecks left. The whole project will be put on hold until I can get a job that pays similarly.

yeah no kidding good luck. I know how it is, I'm a landscaper and the economy and housing market are making customers scarce right now, at a time when we should be busy. Anyway not to get side tracked. I've got a lot projects on hold myself.

Thanks for all the support! Its good to know Im not the only one who wants to see this done. Long story: It sucks because its just been sitting in my driveway without insurance, so I wasnt losing anything like daily transportation by taking the engine out of it. Now I have to get it running to help me move. I have a motorcycle that my HOA will not let me keep in the neighborhood, so I have a storage unit the I ride my bicycle to everyday to get the motorcycle. I was going to build my engine in there, like my own 10x10 garage. Now that Im moving, the new place is cool with motorcycles. Since Im having to cut costs left and right I cant afford to have the storage unit just for the engine. The guy Im moving in with is a clean freak = no building of engines inside the house and there is no garage there either. So now not only do I have to come up with enough savings so that Im comfortable spending the last 1200, I have to find a place to actually build it and keep the associated stuff (hoist, tools, etc...).

I really dont want to be 5 yrs down the road and finally realize its never going to get built and have to sell everything Ive got so far. I know Ive got a lot of people praying for me, and looking for jobs, so Ill keep on trucking.

What is the depth of the dish on your pistons, and what is the radius at the edges of the bottom of the dish? I have to tell the machine shop tomorrow how deep to go with mine.
Any luck with the job search?
