The TPS even though its new could be sticking, causing a slow open when throttle is at 0%, basically choking the engine of air. If the tps swap and lower fuel pressure don't help then my bet would be that its the CPS. Remember the cps will not throw a code when faulty.
I meant to say the IAC valve not the tps could be sticking every so often.

So FYI to all of you kind jeepers that chimed in and gave me a multitude of directions to go in for this issue, Borrowed a wideband 02 with reader and after some at idle fuel pressure adjustment I found the sweet spot 40PSI at idle and 44PSI at WOT no stalls for about 30 miles now. Thanks to all once again...
