Thank you for the replay ..
The o2 sensors are connected properly.
I verified the fuel pressure and it stays at 49PSI at all times.
About the compression ratio, I didn't receive a build sheet so I don't know much about it. I can pull timing by the FIC.
I checked for intake leaks 4 times and found nothing. I get 13~14 Miles to the gallon. How much should I expect if I had an intake leak?
I face no other Error codes.
I will be removing the old AFR Setup and replacing it with Innovative LM-2 Logger today. I will be posting some results hopefully before the end of this week.

A hissing sound upon acceleration is normal if you have a big K&N conical filter. It's just sucking in a lot of air.
Your 13-14mpg isn't unusual for a brick on stilts wearing big boots.

MAP & TPS voltages would be helpful.

Thanks !
The MPG is actually better than similarly built trucks. Searching the other forums, I found that most are reporting 11~12MPG range.

The error did not come again after reset. Maybe, the fuel tank was over filled ??

Sorry for the delay guys,
Ryan was helping me out in determining if SCT tuners would work with my Jeep. Unfortunately, it appears that my old bucket is not supported.
Therefore, I have to relay again on the FIC 8.
I will do the following this weekend:
1- Calibrate the Innovative logger.
2- Get the current FIC 8 Configuration.

What model jeep is this? My 99 WJ had a leak into the purge control valve which was hidden behind the driver headlight. its just a slow code to reset but will cause a vac leak and toss the MAP readings off a bit making tuning properly impossible.
Check those little vac tite elbows, they look fine but more often than not are turned to mush and have holes in them.

Thanks .. The jeep is 1998. I think I should get a diagram for the whole vac and test from there.
