Congrats on getting it fixed. It appears most initial problems after a new engine build are the fault of an incorrectly indexed distributor or cam sensor.
As as for the Unichip issue, 92tank is correct. If the engine wasn't running correctly to begin with they would have had problems tuning it. I would let them have another try and ask if they could possibly give you some form of a discount. Unfortunately it isn't something you can tune yourself and you need a Unichip distributor to write the program for it. If you do take it back to Unichip and they can't tune it correctly I would talk to Hesco about it and see if they could write a program for you. Of course they would charge you for it, but since they know more about the stroker than anyone else they could probably get it closer than anyone without actually using a dyno.
