Yes, the O2 sensor was bad from running rich with 25# injectors. I installed a new Bosch O2 sensor and 21# Accel injectors (P/N 150121) and it runs like butter now.
Still with stock FPR and adjustable Map sensor cranked up to 5.5v (although this only helps WOT).
