Well ok almost ready to go. It's on the current motor that is in the Jeep!

Glad to see some people digging up my cowl hood and air box mods

couldnt you just gain about 1 mpg by pushing the gas less??

where's the fun in that?

So now I have that stupid whistle, starts around 1800 rpm and quits at 1900 and then again at 2100 to 2200...any ideas about killing this?

Radius the edge of the port at the butterfly valve.

Is that on a stroker engine, or a stock 4.0L? Would using the spacer to add to the plenum do anything on a stroker motor that it wouldn't on a 4.0l?

OK, paint me stupid but what does that mean?

I think he means smooth the edges of the openings in the side of the throttle body for the sensors.
The sharp edges act like a whistle.

Sorry Sighman, and we'll leave the paint in the cans. I found this link searching for a photographed explanation, For the most frequently found whistle, this is the fix. And I am assuming that it is at coming off idle is when it is showing up. Hope this helps.
