You have to go to
www.advanceautoparts.com then go to online shopping. Type in the mopar part number P5249464. They are $6.99 each shipped to your door. Its the cheapest I have found the springs. Summit sells them for $10.95 each. The installed hight of the springs is 1.640(same as stock springs). You will also need retainers part number P4452032.

I got my springs from advance as well. The retainers i was unable to locate from anywhere but Summit, and i paid through the nose for them!! Also, you will need the correct keepers as well. I was fortunate enough to have a member help me out with an extra set of keepers he had.

So the stock retainers won't work?

No the stock retainers are too small in diameter. When i tried to order them from advance, they contacted me a few days later and said they are discontinued and could not locate them. This information may have changed in the last 3 months, it is worth a shot especially at almost half the price summit gets for them....
What are the stock spring OD's? the MP P5249464 are 1.42. I remember reading that they are wider then stock, but not big enough to require machine work on the spring seats

You definitely need the nipple if you're stroking.

EDIT: here it is, it was some advice from Chris when i was a noob and was asking noob questions

This does not answer if the stock keepers will work, he just listed the part #'s so i thought i needed them

Those are the retainers, keepers, and springs I am using with the 30ab cam(along with the lifters that came with it)--Mopar recommends these parts in use with the 30ab cam, so I followed their advice(how could my rookie self do otherwise?).
