Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see how much it weighed.

Really dude? The picture says "image is a representation of this item. Actual item may vary" Can you read, or are you just in a hurry to start an argument.

Really dude, have you tried Google images ? How about a search on this site ? I knew when I posted the link it would be questioned as Summit states clearly that it was a representative picture. Was curious if anyone would dig a bit deeper
Try opening 3 tabs. Search for all 3 flavors of cranks in Google Images and look to see the differences in the counter weights all at the same time.
You seem like a real nice guy but try being a little more creative
Not trying to pick a fight in any means. Finding solutions and learning on your own creates a better understanding. This crankshaft business is the backbone for any stroker build and one of the most common questions.
If you were asking something a little more techincal or complex then have at it.

The SCAT is a 4 cwt crank:

Just wanted to say thanks for all those responding to my stroker needs. FYI dwg86 is a great individual to buy from, we got together on here and he shipped out a 4.2 12 wt. crank to me, seamless transaction, so thanks man!
Ok so I'm trying to deside if I should go 4.6 or 0.060 over 4.7. By the time I get around to doing this my jeep DD should be a weekend toy. One thing I've noticed with some of the 4.7l folks tend to have a 62cc on the cylinder heads, any problems doing the stock head (58cc) and maybe polishing the combustion chambers? Also I've noticed a pattern with going to a larger throttle body? I have an 2006 LJ and I've heard some problems with doing this.
Thanks guys.

Because 4.0 blocks consistently have thick cylinder walls my general recommendation is to go to a 3.935 .060 bore

Thanks. I hope that crank will polish up. You can save some money not having it turned.

Ok Russ, what would you say about any cooling issues?

My guy said it looks good to him on the inspection. I'm planning on machine the snout for the harmonic balancer and I would like to balance everything out. That's why I was inquiry on the 4.6 or 4.7, I may go ahead and get my pistons and flywheel to do it all at one time here. Looks like it will work out!

No issues with going .060
My race engines are running flattop pistons with a 3.970 bore
12.5:1 static compression and no overheating problems.
If you send me an email I'll be happy to forward you pricing and information on my Pistons.
