Your compression numbers will be artificially low if you're still injectors are putting fuel in the cylinder washing the cylinder walls down.
Squirt some oil in the cylinder and unplug the injector and try it again.
What to do? Build, refresh, fun?

Got it running again. Reved it up and now I have a patch of dead grass.
Got some blowby somewhere lol.
Also, I cant keep it running consistently. Drove it down the road and would die once I get back to the house. Few minutes later it would run again (and not well).
It also has a lot of tapping AFTER the engine is shut off. I suppose I might have to get a recording of this.
Im thinking I may have to do a poor man's/shade tree mechanic rebuild cause I still havent found a machine shop anywhere near me.

If you could find somebody to bore and hone a block, and install cam bearings, the rest of it could be shipped to you in a box and you can shade tree a Stroker
