I can tell you right now from looking at the pics that the you can't swap the IAC over. Its a single screw mount design and iirc the bore is different. The 4.7l throttle I have here is pn 11200008bb/53013163AD which has the correct IAC setup.

I ended up boring my stock TB out to 64mm and making a new throttle blade. The adaptor I purchased off ebay was a quality piece and it's really hard to believe someone can make up something that nice with gaskets and all for that price.

Received my parts I have the same throttle body casting as Chris does but the throttle cable the seller on eBay sent me was for a 4.0 not a 4.7 so its useless. I do however have access to a swedging press at work and may be able to press on a steel swedge on the stock cable that fit fits the 4.7 tb and I'm going to attempt re positioning the cam so its clocked right. :cheers:
