325 crank HP is a reasonable estimate for a modified poor man's stroker with a 6psi supercharger. Detonation shouldn't be an issue with a modest 9.2:1 CR, good quality gas, colder plugs, a fuel pump upgrade, a good cooling system, and a proper tune.jeepxj3 wrote:Nice, that must be crank hp. Any idea what the rear wheel hp might be?SilverXJ wrote:Not sure. Check back next year. I'm estimating 325-350 hp... if it doesn't detonate itself to death first. The stock cam maybe a bad choice here.
Rear wheel HP will vary depending on which tranny (auto or manual) you have and whether you're running bigger, heavier wheels.
Yeah I think I know which clown you're referring to.SilverXJ wrote:The other was some clown on NAXJA.. but he was such that you couldn't believe a work out of his mouth. It has since been proven that the supercharger he was using would not make 12psi on 4.0L.
