You might be able to if the bore is in great shape. Mine was hardly worn, still had crosshatch and the ridge was so small I could push the pistons out. It is not a great idea though as the pistons will be a bit loose and could slap and make noise they also just won't seal as well. Boring it 0.020 over will give you a little more power from the increased displacement as a result of the slightly bigger pistons but not enough you will notice.2fst4you wrote:Could I just get it honed then reuse the pistons or get new OEM pistons?
