If you have the two mini cats and the one down stream cat, (like my 2001) you want to install the O2 sensor before the upper mini cats.
There isn't much room there for a bung tho. Some wideband monitors allow you to install their sensor into the existing location (replace the upper O2 sensor) and have an output that feeds the vehicles PCM. One example is the Innovate LM-2
Didn't I read that the MAP sensor mod doesn't work on the later OBD2 systems?

I also just got in contact with my machinist and assmbler. He was on vacation when i picked it up the other day. I just now found out that he had the compression ratio at 9.5 static ( i believe) i told him i wanted to be able to run a mid grade pump gas on it and thats what he ended up with in the final. Is that going to be an acceptable compression ratio? I have 24lb injectors to go with it and am having the ecu tuned by a guy i found on Naxja named Chris, he spoken very highly of. Thoughts?

Oh sorry bout that. I just punched in the numbers as best as i could with the knowledge i have of it till my machine shop is in again on monday. but i punched in the info i have from the pistons im running crank rods cam. i know all that except the deck clearance and quench but being that he told me the number was 9.5 static i punched in .030 deck clearance and got static 9.5: dynamic 8.22:1 quench .081. I know this isnt perfect but its the best i can do until monday and im fairly sure this is close to the actual build.
i have another question, I am trying to figure out what this engines specifics are. I stopped over at the machine shop that did the work and i didnt get a whole lot of satifaction there i was told that when they decked the block that the took .015 off the block and he didnt remember the deck clearance. at first he said .010 in the hole the it changed to .25 in the hole. What should i do here i am getting ready to install this thing and i dont wanna install it if it isnt the right stroker. He told me again that the compression ratio was 9.5 didnt specify scr of dcr but id assume it to be static. Can anyone help me? Or should i jsut pull the head off it and check it myself??

If your engine builder cant tell you specifics on your engine that he/she built for you then there is a serious problem.

Agreed. I am going to call the other machine shop I was going to use and see if they are willing to pull it apart and double check it because I simply do not trust it.
Now all i gotta do is come up with a way to check my air to fuel ratio make sure im not runin to lean/rich and then figure out how to actually build that map adjuster. lol

I think you meant .025 in the hole. The short rod setup leaves the piston (speed pro) in the hole somewhere around .035 - .040 (if I remember correctly). So .015 would leave the piston in the block .025.
had it running today after draining the break in oil and refilling all the other fluids.. after shutting it down it blew the radiator cap off...Anyone ever had that happen before?? I know i havent lol but it seems to be running good with no pinging that i can hear but then again maybe im hard of hearing..
