Re: 4.7 Stroker badging
I ordered a heat activated adhesive called Mitee-Grip. Hopefully, this'll enable me to glue a plate to a larger base and then machine out multiple copies without having to move clamps around on the final pass.

Re: 4.7 Stroker badging
45 US is fine with me.
USPS sounds expensive. Put it in a bubble wrap envelope, put some stamps on it, and mail it.
For us it is possible to import a total amount of 345 Euros taxfree, so that is not an issue.
How to continue now, and get my money to you, and your badge to me???

Have you tried 3m spray adhesive? IIRC 707. We use that to hold our materials to PVC substrate. We typically use a paper top sheet ont he back of what we are cutting then spray it with the 3m.

No I haven't...but I need to. Thanks for the tip! So I guess to get rid of it you just peel the paper off once finished?

Yes. Just peel and throw away. It also works well for protecting the work if you put it on top as well. Similar to masking tape. Oh, and I was wrong. It is Super 77.
